Leaders
Local leaders for each chapter invite and meet new members, create and teach lessons, skate, and encorage all members,
Student Leaders
Student leaders are chosen because they have shown a committment to Nueva Vida Skate. They help support the other leaders in any way needed.
Leader Preperation
The opportunity for leaders to get together to plan, discuss ideas, share successes happen consistently within each chapter and amoung the different chapters.
Appreciation
Frequent appeciatoin for the volunteers and leaders are a great way to show much they are appreciated.
